Identify and acquire suitable land for development, considering factors such as location, size, zoning regulations, accessibility, and infrastructure availability. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities before commencing construction.

Finishing and Interior Design
Install interior finishes such as flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and appliances according to the design specifications and client preferences.Complete any remaining tasks, such as landscaping, driveway paving, fencing, and final inspections

Construction
Clear the land, grade the site, and prepare the foundation for construction. Execute the construction process according to the approved plans and specifications, including framing, roofing, exterior finishes, MEP installations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and interior finishes.

Handover and Occupancy
Conduct final inspections to ensure that the house meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards. Assist the client with the transition to their new home, including moving in, setting up utilities, and addressing any post-construction issues
